V-CAPS is a Vietnam based “Greenfield” outsource semiconductor and test company (OSAT) offering cost effective manufacturing solutions for global semiconductor companies. V-CAPS expects to become one of the world’s most cost effective independent providers of semiconductor assembly and testing services. We will offer a definitive yet limited selection of semiconductor chipscale packages inclusive of both lead frame and laminate based products, in some of the fastest growing market segments. V-CAPS will also provide semiconductor testing services, with an emphasis on mixed signal and RF testing in a strip testable format.
In addition to the state-of-the-art assembly and testing services, V-CAPS will also support its clients with an array of value added services. Client services will be handled directly from our Vietnam facility, with 24/7 continuous support at a significantly lower cost than anywhere else in Asia. Our front line client service strategy will be executed by a small group of highly qualified sales professionals. These professionals will work with clients on an ongoing basis to achieve the lowest possible cost of ownership with a minimum of risk.
